"Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. "We are thrilled by the results! Mike and his crew took out 10 boxes of dirt from a hill in our back yard all manually! They then installed a 50 x 4ft retaining wall (fully permitted) on the hill. After that poured a 60 x 10 concrete deck and steps to our new upper deck that now overlooks the pool. They then covered the new wall and existing lower wall with new custom colored stucco. "It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! "I hired Tom a few times. The largest project he did: plant ground cover and lots of bushes on a pretty steep hill, had to clean it, improve irrigation, etc. also we did a few tune up projects for irrigation and landscape lightning repair as well as build 26” garden retainer wall. I was super happy with the work Tom and his crew did. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, pays attention to details and overall a very pleasant person to do business with. After a large project we followed up with a few smaller ones and plan to do more. I liked his crew as well: attention to details, keeping job site clean during the work and after. Highly recommend!"

"Right from the start things went well. Or salesman, Chris, presented the company's services in a straightforward fashion and gave us addresses of other projects so we could see some similar projects installed. We had other quotes for the job, one a little higher and another a lot higher. Price was not the driving factor - we just felt more comfortable working with Pacific Outdoor and the low price was just a bonus. Once we signed on the process went very smoothly. Jorge, a supervisor, came out right away and went over the details and a demolition crew showed up a couple days after that. Fun to watch these guys work - with all their big equipment they had our old concrete driveway out before noon and started preparing the bedding. The next day the installation crew arrived and went right to work. I worried that if I asked for minor changes someone would tell me it wasn't in the contract and would entail additional cost. Not the case. The two or three I asked for were done without any discussion. We anticipated the job would take five days and they were done in four. The last day was a Saturday so they didn't leave the job sitting there partially completed over the weekend. We're all done, very pleased and getting lots of compliments from the neighbors. If I have another project I won't hesitate using these good folks."

We were very impressed with Christian Cornejo and his team as it was evident that they were skilled professionals. We were, in fact, so impressed with Cornejo Landscaping that we then hired them to replace our ugly old broken concrete driveway with beautiful tumbled stone pavers surrounded by DG and California Gold. We collaborated with Christian on the driveway layout and he provided excellent guidance on the design and presented cost saving options to work with our budget. The driveway demo and installation was exact and professional. We are 100% satisfied with the results and many of our neighbors have stopped by to comment on how beautiful the driveway looks.
