"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Randy is a true professional and knows his craft inside and out.  Our new driveway is just beautiful and based on all the work done to prepare the driveway (depth of dirt and gravel, compression, rebar placement) I know we got a top-notch product.     We are beyond happy with the experience of working with Randy.  It was a three-day project but he came out a day early to do some prep work to ensure the next step (digging up the old asphalt driveway) would go smoothly.  He was the first to arrive and the last to leave each day.  His work ethic cannot be faulted and was very respectful of us and our property.   Randy kept us informed every step of the way and if there were any changes or delays he communicated them to us.   His estimate was MUCH less than the two other estimates we got and he was much more professional than the other two project managers. "SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out. "I had two large overgrown bushes that had broken loose of their wall anchors and collapsed due to some heavy rains that had occurred recently.  I contacted John at Landscape West through Angie?s List and he was out the next day to evaluate.  In addition to righting and securing the bushes, John recommended a trim of the rest of the plants in the back yard and also noted that the artificial turf was in need of new infill.  The quote came later that day, and he informed me that he and his crew could come take care of everything the very next day.
The next morning, John & crew arrived right on time.  They were able to re-attach the bushes to the cinderblock wall, trimmed the entire yard, removed some dead plants, and performed the turf maintenance all before lunch!
Communication was on point.  John was very quick to respond to all my communications and supervised the job personally, performing much of the work himself.  
At the end of the day, my bushes were standing up again, the rest of the yard looked fantastic, and the turf looked good as new! 
From first contact to job completion, the time was about 48 hours.  Very professionally done.

"This is our 4th job with BG Construction. BG's owner, Joseph Giram, is hands on. He designed our new bathroom with great patience, meeting all our needs. While he has a full crew of professionals, he has supervised this job, as all our jobs, himself. On this remodel, which was very complex and involved moving a wall to enlarge the bathroom, and creating a "wet room", Joseph was on site every day. The crews--demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, cabnets, tile, and finishing, were uniformly professional and excellent. He's always available either when I call, or very soon after if I leave a voicemail. We had a number of changes we wanted on the way, and Joseph always accommodated us. Because of the changes, it took a bit longer to finish than we planned for--three weeks and three days instead of three weeks--but we've worked with other contractors that took weeks or months longer than estimated--not Joseph. BG Construction isn't cheap, but neither is it exhorbitant, particularly for what you get: full service, reliable, professional, quality work. We've always been thrilled with our beautiful new rooms, as we are with this new bathroom. You can't go wrong with this company."
