"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

On time and on budget, and it has held up great over two years. He has also installed a wood hand railing and hot water heater and toilet, power-washed, and replaced rotting wood on a pergola. All very well done! "
