David was also flexible with the design and kept the backyard from looking like just a quarry with thoughtful placement of the lava rock in decorative shapes. They took an overgrown, unmaintained backyard that was never used and turned it into a really lovely hardscaped area that we use all the time. The quote from Artistic Landscapes was similar in price to the others, but Robert was much more detailed and thorough with the information he provided in his quote. We ended up signing with Robert, and in the course of the work we found lots of additional things to get done as well. In the end their team also completed the following: New automatic sprinkler system for the front yard, removal/replacement of old plants in the front yard, installation of a water feature, construction of a pergola, and more. It was a big upgrade! We love how both the front and back yard turned out. We're very happy with the results and with the experience with Artistic Landscapes. "We bought a new construction home and the backyard was just a big area of bark chips. We were looking to extend our concrete patio, put in grass or turf and a few planter boxes on the side. Joe Fisher gave us a competitive estimate for our project. We also had some other landscaping companies come out for bids, but we went with Western Paver Design because they are contractors, not just landscapers, and we got a good feeling that they would give us a beautiful backyard that we would love. They absolutely came through. Darwin and his crew worked for less than a week to transform the yard. They added a beautifully paved patio to our existing concrete patio, doubling the space. They installed a big swath of turf which looks very realistic and feels very soft. And in our side yard they created a beautiful dry river bed with varying-sized rocks, built three planter boxes, and planted a gorgeous maple tree and some bushes. Joe and Darwin were in regular communication with us to make sure the project turned out as desired. The crew took a panel out of our fence to have easy access to our yard and they put it back in and cleaned up everything when they were done. We couldn’t be happier."

They were very professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Communication was very good throughout the process - any time a design decision or issue came up during the installation, they would reach out to me for input or confirmation, which I greatly appreciated. At one point during the installation, I sent a few questions to the project manager (Austin) via email at around 8pm on a Friday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. "We are very impressed with the work done to remove our old patio and path with a new patio and path by Pavers Arts LLC. Darlin project manager) met with us 1 time followed by a visit with both Darlin and Israel (the owner). We looked through catalogs from their paver sources and looked at on paver samples in their truck. The work involved a demolition of the old patio followed by the new replacement. The project took 6 days followed by a final walk-through on follow-up dy. They removed the patio furniture and large potted flowers before the demo and put it back at the end of the project. In addition they removed two above-ground planter boxes and much gravel that had been placed around the original patio. Our neighbors sw the project while in progress and at the en. They were also very messed with the workers’ work ethic and the quality of the marls. The clean-up was perfect! We would definitely recommend this company along with the owner and manager and the workers."

"Carlos and crew did a fabulous job on installing a paver patio and sitting wall surrounding it! We had 4 bids that were very comparable, but Aspen Lawn did the best job of communicating and was able to get the job done quickly. His crew arrived promptly, was very hard working, and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. Our job was relatively small - 12â x 16â , but they it done in 2 1/2 days!
