He provided a quote which was below what I had received from competitors. Within a day or so his crew showed up and replaced the unit. I had previously consulted Consumer Reports on Heat and Air. Bryant was one of the higher rated units. Nine months later the other unit was making a loud noise. I had one of Scott's crew come check it out. The compressor was on the way out. I had this unit replaced with another Bryant. Both transactions where done with efficiency and professionalism. Hopefully, I'm done for a few years with Heating and Air but would not hesitate to call Corbitt Heating and Air if the need arises."

"I had these guys do two jobs for me and both experiences were excellent. In May of 2018, they installed an entirely new HVAC system. The work went smoothly and quickly. Earlier this year, in 2019, I had them add some enhancements to the system to preclude future problems with mold. The basement had partially flooded about 8 years ago, and the problem was never properly fixed. This led to a mold problem that had to be remediated. Once that work was done, we had Jordan Air come in and 1) add a dehumidifier unit, 2) put in a better filtration system, 3) install a REME HALO, and 4) Aeroseal the ducts. Again, the work was excellent and it was done in one day. I don't see how you can do wrong with these guys. Jordan Air is top-shelf."

"Request service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. I called a few different companies in the Waycross area and I had a very hard time getting any of them to call me back or to even show up after appointments were made (even for the initial quote).  <br /> My experience with Joiner Heating & Air was the exact opposite of that... and wonderful to say the least.  I called on a Thursday evening and he was at my house the very next day (at the time he said he would be) to give me a quote. <br /> His quote, for the same ERR Rated units, was $1000 less than the other quotes I finally received. On top of that, labor and parts was included for 2 years. (While the others only covered labor for 1 year). <br />  This was a big job that took more than 1 day. He showed up on time everyday, always cleaned up any mess before leaving, if anything needed to change (from the original discussions) he made sure to discuss it with me first. He also cleaned my air vents for no additional charge.  <br /> I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism and will be recommending them to everyone I know for any AC/Heating needs. <br /> <br /> <br />"
