"The contractor did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him for future projects. I called him and he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me to try to diagnose the problem with the furnace. He discovered what the problem was and I was able to restart the furnace. He also determined a part had to be replaced. There are not many service companies that would have spent the time he did with me on the telephone to try to solve the problem."

He temporarily caulked the cracks in case of rain and returned the next day to replace our vents with metal vents, repairing the surrounding shingles as well. "The personnel were very pleasant to deal with arranging patio cleaning and resealing and some sand replacement. The outcome was so-so - the sand was not applied evenly (and granted this was a special add-on to services that is normally not performed). More significant, the color of the patio pavers turned uneven as a result of the cleaning - with some areas looking almost as good as early in its life and some areas faded and pale. In addition, there was damage to our property including a dented and scarped garage door as well as lost paint on house and foundation."
