"The reason why we did not give 5 stars for this project: 1. The project materials deposited on our neighbors backyard. It took a long time to get someone from the company to come to move it to our lot. Still, he left some of it and we had to move it ourselves. 2. Despite our requests to start the noisy work at 8AM the work always started at 7:30AM. 3. The brick part of the porch was supposed to be pointed the project manager asked us to agree to remove the low brick wall and wanted to charge us $8K for it while pointing is more work intensive than removing the bricks. At the end he lowered the price but did not do the pointing on the remainder of the bricks that left in the supporting columns. We had to hire someone to do it and it cost us extra $950. 4. When the trash container removed from our backyard, we left with a lot of debris and again we needed to clean it ourselves."

"We got several bids for reconstructing the driveway, and then Paul proposed a process that would seal the several large cracks and bond them together, then resurface the entire drive. This was a considerable savings over reconstruction. Since the original base was in good condition, and resurfacing would avoid the problem of future settling, we went with MHT. We are very pleased with the results. I was impressed with Paul's timeliness and responsiveness. He came when he said he would and always called if he was going to be later than originally planned. His crew was polite, efficient and competent. One special issue we had was the need to blend the new surface of the drive with the walk to the front door which had been installed just two years earlier. One of Paul's crew took up about a yard of the walkway and relaid it to perfectly blend in. Very skilled work. They were delayed in returning to seal the walk, and Paul was very apologetic when I reminded him, and immediately sent the worker to finish the job.
