"Our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen cracked due to a leaking dishwasher, and needed to be replaced. The old floor was set on a 1/2" plywood base. Jim Taccola and his crew removed the old tile, and using a saw, cut the plywood base into sections, then removed it. After removal, they painstakingly applied screws to the original plank wood floor to stabilize it. They then installed the cement backer board and the new porcelain tile. John O'brien, the tile setter, did an amazing job with intricate cuts on the tile. The entire job took one week to complete. The crew was punctual, efficient, very professional, and meticulously cleaned up every day. I usually get three quotes on any work I want to have done, and don't schedule more than one job until I see the final results of the first job. Based upon this experience, I'm confident that any job I hire JT General Contracting for will be finished with the same meticulous professionalism as my kitchen floor replacement."

"If I could give Nate, Shawn, Keith, and the rest of the Deck Company team 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend them! Our project was particularly complex because it was a very large 34”x 34 1/2” Trex deck completely surrounding a semi inground oval pool with extended pool stairs. There were many challenges along the way because of the pool, including strict safety requirements for the railing height and gates, as well as a ring of concrete around the base of the pool that had to be jackhammered through for a couple of the post holes! Nate was so positive the entire time. Every time an obstacle came up, while I was panicking, he would just smile and say “I’ve got this!”. In the end the deck was finished ahead of schedule and passed all village inspections (including the pool safety requirements) on the first try. The end result exceeded our expectations, it’s absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail is amazing. Things like the trimming out of the lattice, the angle cuts on the deck railing, and the perfect coping of the decking around the pool and pool stairs really make it look fantastic. The whole team was courteous, and professional the entire time. Nate and Shawn were always happy to answer my questions (and I had a lot of them). They left our yard better than they found it, power washing our sidewalk and driveway to clear away mud that was mostly left from the pool install. We definitely choose the right company for the job!"

"RVA completely redid our bathroom AND our whole basement. They did tile flooring, toilet, vanity and sink, a brand new tub/shower combo with glass doors, basement drywall, prime, paint, and trim. They installed carpet with tile at the landing of the stairs as well as in the office. They were so kind and professional. They did amazing work and communicated with us along the way. "This place has terrible customer service and doesn't care about small pool purchases (they only prioritize big projects). As of May 14, 2020, I paid (down payment) for a 16' pool from Russo's Pools. I was told my pool would be installed in July 2020. The installer was to go out to look at the site within 1 week. They never did. I called and got no one, only leaving a message or the phone just ringing. This was all last summer 2020 with no communication. I contacted Russo's pool in March 2021 and was told they didn't have my pool nor had any idea what happened. They have given me the run-around since. I was told the installer would call me, and week after week, they did not. Not until I asked to speak to the owner that the installer called me, stating he had JUST gotten my number. The owner discussed them obtaining and installing an 18' pool to make things right. Anthony Russo is now stating he never said that; he says he only said he would look into it. All discussions about pool and site were about 18'. Even the assistant I have been talking to this week has been checking deliveries for the 18' pool and working on getting one. Anthony Russo says he can't do that, and I am here 334 days later and NO pool."
