My yard was in good shape grass-wise, but needed some weed control. Sad to say, weeds continue to pop up in my yard, and I've had them out a couple extra times for more treatments. It's obvious the applications miss a lot of spots or are just ineffective. I was expecting to be basically weed free by now, but it is not even close. It's actually no better (or worse) than when I called them last year to start annual service."

"I'm having what I consider outstanding service from them.  They've taken a lawn that was really weed infested, embarrassing, and I even had grubs, I had all kinds of problems, and within a year my grass in my neighborhood today, looks as good or better than the best lawns in this neighborhood.  So I'm very pleased with their service.  I would recommend them.  I signed up for their seven or eight applications during the year.  I started with them last year and they promised they could turn this lawn around, and they did;  they absolutely did.  I get nothing but compliments.  I've got some crabgrass, but other weeds are not really visible at all, and it's a beautiful, rich green lawn right now, and I'm so impressed.  They've done a remarkable job.  I mean, I was probably one of the - you know, from the street - now I have one of the most pristine looking, to say the least.  If I didn't keep it cut, you'd have weeds everywhere; well it's not like that now.  From the road, it's right up there.  I've had a lot of people walk by and compliment me; they want to know where do I get this service and how did I turn this lawn into such a rich, beautiful green, all that stuff.  I also had a very bad bug in my lawn last year that eats your grass, and they did two applications and destroyed that.  I guess it's a grub of some kind that eats your grass; and it worked.  And they're reasonably priced; I'm only paying around sixty bucks.  It's amazing.  And I've got a big lot.  Would I use them again?  I absolutely will; highly recommended.  If I see a weed, they tell me to call them and they come back without cost.  That's amazing."

"I would highly recommend Herbi-Systems. I've used six or more companies in the past and Herbi-Systems seems to have better chemicals & very knowledgeable associates. Unfortunately, I graded with a B rating due to a temporary technician we had for the past eight months. Our original tech came back recently and our lawn has never looked better. Sometimes you need to determine if the problems you're having are with the lawn service or technician."

"The owner came to my house and gave me a quote for deep cleaning. She told me everything they would do and it sounded very thorough. For example, she said they would not use dusters because that just causes dust to fly in the air but they would use vacuum or wipe down with damp cloth. I also had a few special requests like wiping down the legs of my kitchen and dining chairs and bar stools. She gave me a discounted price of $400 for the deep cleaning since I planned to continue general housecleaning every two weeks, if I was satisfied. On the date agreed, three ladies came to work on my house. The first thing I noticed before I left them to clean was that one of the ladies was using a duster and the dust was flying around. When I asked her about it, she didn't understand me. Only one of the three ladies spoke English but it was limited and still difficult to communicate. I decided to go ahead and leave and trust that they would do the job that I was promised. When I returned later, I could tell my house had been cleaned but there were a few things that were missed like the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, the top of the refrigerator and my specific request of the chair and bar stool legs. I called and left a message but did not get a return call. Two weeks later I answered the door and two of the three ladies were standing there with cleaning supplies in hand. We had a difficult time communicating again but they finally understood that I did not want their services. I got a phone call a little while later and when I explained the problems, the owner offered to correct them but I said I needed to work with people who understood what I needed and who could communicate with me. Other than the language barrier and missing a couple of things that should have been included, they did a good job. <br />"

"This is a wonderful lawn and landscape company. I have a heavily wooded yard in a recently purchased home. Years of neglect had taken their toll and the property looked terrible. All-State's crew did an amazing job cleaning, weeding, mulching, and trimming. Very professional and well organized company. Their crews are all hard working and polite. They used quality equipment, took away all the lawn waste and provided service receipts along the way. Very happy."
