"I called Ken on a Sunday afternoon because we discovered that our solid Bamboo Strand Hardwood floor was 'cupping' in the Guest Bedroom & Walk-in closet. I was in panic mode trying to figure out where the moisture came from, and I wanted to mitigate the damage. Ken fit me in his schedule, and arrived Monday morning at 8 am with Nathan and Jacob. They removed the damaged flooring, baseboards, and cut the drywall off one foot from the bottom of the concrete slab around the room and closet. Ken had his plumber stop by to find the source of the water leak. It turned out that I had a Bathtub drain pipe leak (very unusual). Ken and his crew were very professional and courteous. Afterward, the Water Remediation Company came by to dry out the rooms, and they were very impressed by the work Ken did! I intend to utilize Ken's services in the future for some other projects that I need to be done."

"David kindly responded to my request for a handyman on HomeAdvisor. I sent him photos of the areas I needed done. He came by to meet me and to have me show him the list of projects I needed done. He went home and made out a proposal of the costs, and I accepted it. He came the next day, and that day he completed everything I had requested. I had another company doing the painting, and they were to install the front entrance door. But because the new door was larger than the existing one, I needed the entire entrance door frame installed with the door, and David was able to do that. David also trimmed down a new bifold door. Although the door was the correct size, it was a very tight fit. David trimmed the door, and now it opens and closes very easily. David worked on multiple projects, from baseboards to bifold doors to a wireless chime doorbell. He was very professional and competent in his work. He is an excellent pro. "

"Dylan was a repair young man and he was fantastic. They were courteous. They came out and readjusted the sliding door. They even put the new wheels. They know their business and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. They will explain everything on my concern. I would recommend them to neighbors."

"The paint job was good, also they did a remodel of the drywall in the kitchen which was good. The floor tiles, however, they started out well in the hallway and then in the living room the tiles were so uneven I had to ask them to redo many of them. The cement had already dried and tiles had to be broken to be replaced. And still, my whole living room tiles are uneven. There is no repairing this stuff. I don't know what happened if they had to hurry the job and did not take good care, but I am now stuck with uneven floor tiles in the living room. This was a few years ago and they may have improved since then but I thought I would share my experience as I am still walking on the uneven tiles every day to this day. You will ask why I submit this review so late, I cancelled my Angie's list membership after this job and only now I see I can log in for free and submit the review."

The windows were perfectly placed in, they were fast but the quality of workmanship is exceptional. AH!... Let me don’t forget the people at the office, they were there for me with any question I may have, very friendly; they all GREAT! They replaced all the windows a sliding door a regular door and a storm door. Good Job. Love it."

"Mike and his crew (Charles, Justin, and Jesse) just did a fantastic job with my home! They were very professional, courteous, and tidy during the installation and treated us like family. We have a two story 5 bedroom/3100 sq ft home that has a total of 26 windows and 3 doors (one of which is a set of french doors). As anyone who has put up aluminum storm panels can attest, that many windows and doors are a nightmare for panels! Needless to say, hiring a handyman to put up panels for this house became impossible, and it was only through the generosity of neighbors that my panels were in place prior to Hurricanes Matthew and Irma while my husband worked in Iraq. My husband and I decided that rolling shutters would ensure our family's safety in the future. I consulted with Mike to develop my home's shutter protection plan, he devised innovative ways to develop a rolling shutter in a tricky location on my home where other companies said a rolling shutter would not be possible. He outlined pros and cons (as well as cost differentials) of the different types of shutters I was considering for certain areas of my home. Ultimately, we chose to enclose our back patio with two sets of accordions, and shielded our remaining windows with a combination of motorized and non-motorized rolling shutters. If I had only one regret, it would be not saving that little extra to spring for ALL motorized. Since I have both motorized and manual rolling shutters, I know how SUPER nice it is to just push a button. The manual crank shutters are easy enough to do, but the renote-controlled ones are truly a worthwhile indulgence!!! Either way you go, you just can't beat how aesthetically pleasing and convenient the rolling shutters and accordion shutters are over the builder-provided aluminum storm panels. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service and product that they provide!"
