"Andrew Prince is extremely professional, prompt, and informative about the complete Owen Corning Duration Composite Roofing installation and materials. A year before we finally made the decision to replace the roof, we consulted with Roofing Resources of GA because of a small leak in our laundry roof ceiling. At that time, Andrew did an inspection of the entire roof and advised that our roof was overall in good condition, made the repair to affected area. He actually came for the first time within an hour of our call and made the repair at that time even though it was about to rain again. <br /> A year later, the same area developed a leak in a different spot. Again, a repair crew came within a day to assist and do work. We were advised that there were a couple of areas where winds had compromised roof on the other side of the house. Andrew came back with insurance adjuster to show him which areas were of concern. Although the insurance company only allowed for a small repair, we felt that our portion of the cost of repair versus going ahead and replacing entire roof which would only make it for about 2 more years. In addition, when walking the roof, both the adjuster and Andrew advised that we did not have adequate ventilation on ridges and therefore, we had many nail pops. <br /> Roofing Resources of GA is a preferred installer of Owens Corning and installation comes with a 10 year limited workmanship warranty and roof materials backed have a limited lifetime warranty.
