I did research after he left, and his recommendations were good, so I went with it, as 1 breaker was running hot, one did not fit my panel, etc. He said the project would take 3-4 hours. The electrician that came to do the work was another story. Nice kid, polite, but it took 3 days, not to mention the Saturday wasted waiting for him when he did not show up, and instead came on Monday. What a pain. Jerry is the reason I gave them an additional star, not just 1 star. He was great."

"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Banx electric is a family owned business and has installed numerous fixtures, switches, new switches on electrical panel etc. I’ve had them come to my house numerous visits for electrical work.
