"First the company rep called to advise he would be here as scheduled. Max, arrived and listened intently to what I needed to have done as far as landscape & plants. In conversation I was telling Max, after he finishes I was going to add another irrigation line and French Drain. He offered to submit a bid to do the landscape, plants and do my labor of adding the irrigation line and French Drain. Max, requested an opportunity to send his plant expert to view the project. The next day Pablo, came in to offer his 25 plus years experience & knowledge. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, likeable and gave me convenience in mind to hire them even before I reviewed their bid proposal.
