"Job was completed in short order. Basement is completely, FRP paneling was installed and looks great throughout. My only complaint is that there was a ton of concrete dust left behind, both in the basement and tracked through the family room. I would still recommend them."

"I have had both good and bad experiences with all kinds of contractors, unfortunately more bad than good, but my experience with MAC services was really excellent and made me realize there are still some top firms out there. They are hard to find,and I am thankful I found MAC and they were able to do this work. What really impressed me about MAC Services was their genuine interest in what I needed done and the good communication we had. Mark and the crew he had with him (Anthony and Justin) seemed to treat this job as if it was for their own property. This is really rare because I have experienced and heard cases where the customer is really just another job, another number, to rush through as fast as possible and move onto next job. I didnt't feel that with MAC Services. They took care in getting the work done right and that is what I was looking for. Mark and his team were friendly, professional, and always had my interests and needs in mind. They certainly worked hard to get everything done technically correct and I was pleased with the many improvements they made to my yard. The no maintenace river rock addition on the side of the house came out beautiful. They did not skimp either on the rock. They laid in a thick bed with high quality weed prevention fabic below the rock. What an improvement and now it is pretty much maintenace free.The bed is so stable,I can put a ladder on it if I need to get onto the roof. The window well jobs were first rate too. They also included fabric and river rock. They feel very securely fixed as well. The grading job was much work, but unlike other proposals calling for 4-5 yars of soil, we really needed more and MAC was the one firm that made the exact right call on quantity of soil needed. They graded and blended the soil so well and I really needed this to help prevent water from moving toward the foundation. The grading job MAC did really helped divert water to the drainage zone. Great job!. All seeded now and grass is growing nicely. Even how MAC Services seeded the soil was with care and attention to detail. They brought in sufficient seed and did a very thorough job. Anthony and Justin worked h****** this job and were always polite and courteous to me as was Mark. Anthony has a true talent for landscape design and when you couple his and Mark's ideas and skills, things come out looking quite nice! The yard really needed some additional shrubs, and MAC kindly pointed that out and is correct, but for now I just wanted the corner done and they did a super job. They added a good amount of topsoil, premium soil was used, and topped it off with a really high quality black mulch. Anthony took great care in the installation of the vinyl edging. It is installed properly, very securely, and is a high quality vinyl edging. During October and November, we had some heavy rain and very high wind storms. Everything held up nicely, thanks to MAC's quality workmanship and secure planting. Keep in mind I had contacted several landscape firms during the summer and early fall. Some were out of sight on price and clearly didnt want the work. Others just never showed up to give me a proposal. Another firm gave a good proposal but said a large crew with power equipment would do all of this in one day. That may sound good, but even I knew this was no one day job and I didn't want it rushed like that. MAC Services was dfferent in many positive ways. Before work started, Mark explained the work scope and reviewed the proposal with me in careful detail. What I like about Mark was I felt I could trust him and felt secure in hiring MAC Services. Thankfully, my impressions of Mark and his team held true. They were customer focused, communicative, understanding, and honest!  They did excellent work. Honesty and having a firm you can trust is not easy to find imo. Their price wasn't the highest or lowest, but I can say was definitely fair and in this case, certainly worth every penny. 5+ Stars!
