"Subject: Feedback on Recent Window Installation – 14754 West Ashcroft Dr., Goodyear, AZ Dear Champion Customer Care Team, I wanted to share some feedback on my recent window installation at my residence. Overall, I’m very happy with how the windows turned out and appreciate the team’s hard work. However, I noticed a few areas where the overall experience could be improved for future projects. "Communication" - Keeping customers updated on when windows are being made, shipped, delivered, and installed would be very helpful. - If there are any delays, a quick update goes a long way. - Timely responses to calls or emails ensure questions or concerns aren’t missed. - Making sure installers have all materials on hand helps avoid delays. - If the crew needs to return to complete the job, clear communication—both verbal and written—would be appreciated. - Sharing photos of the completed work would be a nice touch. - Having someone perform a quick quality check and obtain customer sign-off would make the process feel complete. "Quality" - Making sure windows are installed plumb, level, and square per manufacturer and AAMA/FGIA standards. - Verifying that seals and insulation are properly applied to prevent air or water leaks. - Checking that all windows open, close, and lock smoothly with no gaps. - Ensuring glass and frames are clean and free of scratches or residue before completion. - Taking a few minutes to walk the customer through the finished work and provide maintenance or warranty details. - Leaving the work area clean and free of debris after installation.
