"John showed up on Memorial Day to take a look and give me a quote. Not only was he very detailed in what they would be doing, but also very open about cost and followed through 100% on everything. The two man crew that showed up did the most beautiful job of painting my house. It looks brand new. They were respectful and kind. The most important thing that I'd like to mention other than the amazing work that they performed is that I had a morning dove that decided to build a nest on my solar box. They asked me what I would like to do with the bird, and I said, "Can you just shoot her away when you need to paint that area?" Not only did they paint that area perfectly but they placed her nest back where it belonged as she had two little eggs in there and when they were leaving there she was in her nest like nothing ever happened. To me, that means so much that they took the time and care for that bird and her babies. It speaks volumes about this company."

"I hesitated to ever do this review because it was so long ago! But AL keeps sending me requests for review and since I think this is what we go on Angie's List for - to determine who is reliable, professional or not I decided to do this review! They were very nice people, they did a good job in cleaning out chimney and not making a mess. So I also had them do my dryer vent which exhausts up and out through a vent on my flat roof . I thought it would be simple to accomplish! However, he pulled the vent cover off.. instead of trying to find a way to unscrew or ???? and when he did so, he ripped it out of its mooring and cannot be put back on properly. and since I had foam and elastomeric roof coating this was ripped out of that coating and left a big gash of open foaming! Next time it rained... leaked into the ceiling of bedroom below this. I had stated when he was doing it... you can't pull that off there it is imbedded in the roofing! So I feel that this was not a very professional decision on his part to see this was going to be and then chose to pull that off there and thereby create the leak issue!"

"The only positive interaction was when the scaffolding crew started their prep work. Lath crew is fast at putting up house wrap incorrectly (against code and manufacturer directions) and covering it up quickly with EPS. Lath was installed hastily, with no regard for building codes, and against owner directions. Crew rarely shows up, promises to return to fix blatant issues, and inconsistently returns to continue lath installation on other areas. The owner or site supervisor is defensive and doesn’t believe in house wrap. Poor management, false promises, and appalling workmanship is the best Eddie and Sons could provide on our project."
