"they were 2 hrs late with no explanation the 1st time. They need to just verify with customers their confirmation process because they called me to say they were on their way but the number was blocked but they never left a VM. so they did the work but they quoted me 1200.00 to do a more thorough cleaning with a different machine and the brush etc which I agree is better- but not at that price. WE finally agreed on 630.00 but not sure if that was still over priced. The 2 guys did a great job and were professional but their cologne was so overwhelming we had to open all the windows and it gave my husband a headache."
