I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"

"Had a new ac installed in my home. Took 5 days for that because something was wrong with unit. Was told during that time they were debating to install another unit. Of course they didn't put in a different unit. Have had trouble a few times with the lemon unit. Tried to run it this year and it wouldn't work. They sent a technician out to our home he ran all the testing point out that the install wasn't done very well and the diagnosis was the last technician over charged our unit. So not working do to improperly charged. They wanted me to pay for them to take freon out to fix the issue. I said no to paying for their mistake. Called their office was told they are in a meeting about my ac trouble. After an hour I received a call for them to tell me I needed to sign a 2 year service contract with them and they would fix the problem. We have had several technicians to our home and its always a bandage being put on the problem. So beware of who you do your business with. ? "
