He was also very knowledgeable about how to soft wash our brick to not cause damage and recommended some bleach for our algae and ant problem by our windows that was covered by shrubs when we first moved in. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates.
