"Had fence put in. Installer taught dog about fence. Now dog refuses to go outside. have had no inside accidents, but whole temperament of dog has changed. Has lessened eating and drinking habits, and just looks at treats. Have called for service, waiting for reply. Hopefully they can resolve, as I am 76yrs old with a Lab/Retriever/Pit mix at 100 lbs and put a leash on him and trying to force him out, he might as well be a 1 ton statue."

"We have had numerous issues with the company from the beginning. The installers were late, the trainer was late, the replacement battery was late. We also had an issue where the dog collar was covered in a rust-looking substance that was harming our dogs neck. Owners were hard to get ahold of at times when necessary as well. They did rectify all of the issues however, but it doesn't excuse the poor initial quality and customer service."
