"Luc and his crew did a great job!  Initially I contacted him to have the roof done, but decided to increase the scope of the work to include a complete residing of the house.  During the process he made some excellent suggestions that greatly improved the overall appearance of our home.  His price quote was reasonable and I was pleased with the quality of the work.  He was responsive to questions and concerns during the job and returned calls promptly.  His workers kept the work site clean and Luc visited regularly to check on the progress of the work.  I would definitely use him for work I may need to have done in the future.

"Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."

"Chris is a pleasure to work with. He showed up quickly after my call and was up on our roof looking for causes of several leaks we had. His assessment was thorough and he took the time to explain in detail our roof situation including issues with the structure underneath the shingles. He was willing to simply fix our leaks but also offered his opinion of the entire roof and other problem areas. His quote was prompt, had great detail on scope of work and was very competitive. He was able to fit our job in quickly. Also want to thank Chris for his willingness to work with our Home Warrantee Insurer who was difficult and required several hrs. "In two days Sammy and his crew completed the work done in my basement. The basement floor was in such disarray with a crack that could develop into a sink hole. It also created cracks throughout the basement which was filled and repaired completely in a day in a half. The brand new stairs and outside door I am very pleased with. I am very pleased and recommend Sammy due to his promptness, quality of work, and the cleanliness at the end of each work day. "First off, Tom and Brad are extremely punctual.  They were very good at communicating when they would be coming to our house and if they needed us to park in a particular arrangement to make their lives easier.  I thought it was quite nice to receive email the day before letting me know what they would be doing on the barn as well.  Tom and Brad have very specialized equipment for doing the job correctly.  Their come-alongs, jacks, and tools were some of the most extensive I had ever seen.  The repairs that they did were very well thought out and done in the proper order.  I asked them a ton of questions via email and they were very punctual with responding.  If something needed further discussion they would call me on the phone.  The overall quality of their work was simply fantastic.  I couldn't have asked for it to be any better.  I would definitely hire them again to do work on my house or barn.  I think they enjoy doing structural work and understand old barns and houses.  I wouldn't necessarily hire them for something other than structural work because that isn't what they like to do.  There was one minor miscommunication having to do with the floor boards not being replaced originally.  They ended up meeting up with me to discuss and remedied the situation better than I can could have hoped for.  
All in all they were great.  Both Brad and Tom are really nice guys with tons of great stories and a passion for fixing old structures."
