"Came home from work one day to find a large section of my retaining wall tumbled over into my neighbor's yard. The wall was originally built by the builder before we moved in mid 2004. The wall started to lean slightly within 5 years as it was not built with drainage in mind. This time around, I wanted the retaining wall build the right way. I called Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping to get an estimate because I prefer someone local and was pleased with their online reviews. Carlos arrived as scheduled to write up the estimate. He immediately suggested re-using the blocks since they seemed to be in decent condition and would save money.
