"Terrific process from start to finish! We can't recommend Josh and JIC highly enough! <br /> We met Josh at the Springfield PCCC home show in March. We left our contact information and Josh promptly called us early the next week to schedule and estimate. He arrived on time to do the estimate, emailed us the estimate within a few days, and called to followup. During both our initial meeting and followup he spent considerable time discussing metal roof versus shingles (we're tired of shingles blowing off the roof) as well as various shingle manufacturers, warranties and colors. He made a couple of estimate rewrites at our request. He also came out a second time and worked with us to choose not only a fabulous shingle color, but also siding, gutter and window colors so we will have a beautiful home and not an ugly box! His bid was very reasonable (much lower than one bid, and within $100 of our third bid). <br /> Josh kept in touch with us throughout the rainy spring to work out scheduling, also coordinating with a building contractor who is doing some remodeling work for us. When the first workday came the roofing crew arrived promptly and got to work. Josh came as well to introduce us to the roofing foreman and to make sure everything got started well. During the roofing process Josh kept in touch with us by phone about every other day to be sure we were satisfied with how things were progressing. He and his dad (who started the company) both came out every few days during the job to visually inspect the work. <br /> The roofing crew was just terrific! Very quiet, very polite and respectful, and we generally had no idea anyone was here except for the regular roofwork noise. No loud radios, no inappropriate language, no hollering back and forth. Just very well-mannered and quiet guys. They asked me where I wanted tarps put to not kill grass, checked to make sure they weren't covering any flowers, etc. They cleaned up debris and tools every night and left the worksite neat and tidy. We could not have asked for a better crew! <br /> JIC's finished work is beautiful. Our home and barn roofs look fantastic! When the work was complete, Josh came out one last time and got up on both roofs to check the work when finished. He went over the warranty information one last time and made sure we knew to contact him anytime with any concerns. We've had no concerns in the three months since they finished work. The roofs are gorgeous! <br /> I highly recommend JIC to anyone I know looking for a roofing contractor, and look forward to them returning later this fall to install our new siding and gutters. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Shingles were installed to code and properly. Post install clean-up went well. Work was done as quoted. Customer communication poor, interface people did not know why was going no on and could not answer questions accurately. What matters is that the roof was done properly and so far it seems to be okay."

"As senior citizens, it’s hard to get things done that in years past we were capable of doing ourselves. Climbing ladders to hammer Loose facia, fixing a window that was cracked, fixing a screen in a storm door thats on s roller(used to just pop the screen in and out). Little things mean a lot to keep your home updated and looking good. Curb appeal makes a difference. That being said we want to give a big five star rating to Sutton’s for being there to get all this things done for us. We are so happy with the job they did. Everything looks great. Love our new screen door, is so nice to not have duct tape holding the screen together. We can’t thank you enough. Great service from a great company. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I was blown away by this company and it's staff on day 1. I left a question on angie's list and Brad responded quickly and made an appt with me. Brad (Manager) shows up to look at the items that needed fixing. Let me say from the beginning things went well. Brad dressed professionally and paid attention to what i asked for and left detailed estimates for my review. The next week, they fit me in and started the repairs! I have moved here from Alaska and work for the military, I move very often and sometimes have to rely on companies for repairs. I have never had a company treat me so well and start the job this fast. Dan (Plumber) shows up, within 20 mts he has a hold cut and the problem diagnosed, he is very knowledgeable, professional and straight to the point. When finished, i approached him with two minor jobs and his reply, "Sure what do you have"? His overall attitude was top notch and very pleasing. It would be fair to say i usually do not receive this type of "can do" attitude in today's service industry. What a relief. Dale came over and inspected a crack in my ceiling drywall that has been mudded and repaired by myself and within weeks will re crack. Dale came in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He has over 30 years of building experience, this is invaluable to a homeowner. Lastly Brian came and started working on the drywall repair and painting. Brian is in my opinion the finest drywaller/painter I have come across. He is a no nonsense worker who takes pride in his work....and it shows. Any complaints about the job? You tell him, he fixes without any trouble or arguments. He covered all of the furniture and cleaned up after himself. Since moving to this area, i have contacted nearly a dozen contractors for numerous services. Only 2 showed up. One was so inebriated, he could barely stand. You will receive none of that nonsense with Kate Lesley, I HIGHLY recommend to all. I can't wait to call them up and have them repaint the rest of the house!!! Thank you."

"I took a couple days to get the quote. I asked them to fax the quote, and it took them a couple weeks to receive the quote. I called him back to find out if the quote was negotiable. He said he would come out to remeasure and would call back. He never came remeasure. I always had to keep calling him to remind him or get quotes. He was voted best roofer in the town by the local paper. I was definitely surprised and wouldn't agree. It may have been that he had too much work and didn't have time for the job, but he should have let me known that."

"Mr. Wake suggested that I have an air conditioning unit installed in an upstairs bedroom to provide extra comfort to an otherwise too hot room in the summer time. He recommended an appropriate size of air conditioner, removed an existing window, built a frame for the unit and installed it. Additionally, he provided a description the work to be done to satisfy the requirements of the condominium association. His solution saved me a considerable amount of money. I recently contacted Mr. Wake for an estimate on a repair. He was knowledgeable and honest and provided some very helpful information regarding the work to be done. Mr. Wake is a stand up and talented guy. I would not hesitate to hire him again."
