"It went great -- we received an estimate and purchased the smoke alarms and lights we needed. We then contacted the business to schedule a time when the work would be completed. John was on time, professional, and very helpful. We had a wiring issue after having some AC work done near one of the smoke alarms, and he explained to us that it would be wise to replace the smoke alarms (they are hard-wired in).
