Installation by Andersen of their products provides extended warranties that other installers can't provide. Complete full service from permit to installation to warranty calls all by Andersen. "First the work area was set up to keep it clean. There were 2 project to be done. The lower part of the porch overhang posts were suffering from water rot. New water resistant material was used. It also improved its look. Then the wood storm frame needed to be fixed and the new storm door was adjusted to fit the opening. All was done in 6 hours. The CRX handyman was able to clearly tell me what will be done. Worked as quietly as possible. We are very pleased with the work the professional handyman and the communication we had with CRM handyman."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
