Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. T. was honest and offered options. We selected grey which T. painted himself. Very happy with the choice. He also completed the siding all the way down to where the doors are (not done by prior owners), and replaced damaged siding unrelated to door replacement. He worked meticulously.
