"They called to say they were on their way and were right on time. The sofas came cleaner than I expected. They took the rugs with them to clean and hang to dry. They brought them back a couple of days later. The two young men were very polite and through."

"Three guys showed up, which was a little puzzling for cleaning a dryer vent. The guys were all polite and professional. The work was finished satisfactorily and very quickly but I was surprised that the charge was $150 plus tax. The quote was $99 - $250, depending on the work required. They pulled our dryer away from the wall, cleaned out the vent, put the dryer back. So why did this little job cost more than $99?"

"Called on 04-08-2019 and they came right out early the next morning. Service manager Ricky was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened and what they would do to fix it (the expansion valve sensing bulb bracket had come loose and over time vibrated and caused a leak in the outer unit.) The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. We will most definitely call Climate Control again and will make them "our guys" for all HVAC issues in the future. Highly recommend this company!"
