"You can't beat the Magnusson's for work ethic, work done in a timely manner, and professional all the way. We had our roof shingled last year and it's still like new with no problems. There was a slight ding in the gutter that I could not even see from the ground, but they pointed it out and wanted to replace our gutter. It could have been there years ago, I don't know, but it was not really an issue, so I declined. The point is that they are that serious about quality and leaving everything looking good."

"*LOOK NO FURTHER—YOU’VE FOUND YOUR ROOFING COMPANY HERE* I can’t say enough good things about working with Tremont Roofing. Insurance fought me tooth and nail, trying to insist that I didn’t have hail damage and Eddie really went to bat for me. He came back a second time to take additional pictures and a third time to be here when a second insurance adjuster was sent to my house. Megan, with whom the majority of my communication was with, is absolutely fantastic to work with. She would reply to all of my emails almost immediately, regardless of how late in the night I sent them or if it was a weekend. She thoroughly answered all of my questions (which there was a never ending list of as a first time homeowner going through this process). She was way more helpful than my insurance agent with supporting and navigating me through the process. At the end I was also given a $1000 off “coupon” to cover my insurance co-pay so that my roof replacement was entirely FREE. They did a great job replacing my roof and gutters and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I couldn’t tell anyone had even been at my house. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I needed it repaired and when they went to repair it the rain had ruined the boards underneath even so they went ahead and just took the boards off and put on new boards and then put on the roofing shingles. I’ve had storm damage and I’m going to have the same one’s that I’ve had before. Very good company. They do a great job. They’re very good at cleaning up after themselves. They do a terrific job putting on the new roof everything. I know that I was very happy with the price, I do remember that because if I wasn’t happy with it I would have really remembered it. I would remember it if I was very unhappy with the price and if I was unhappy with the price, I would not have them back again. The workers were the best but they were just so swamped with work. They told me that they would come and do it, but they just got so swamped with work that it was hard for them to do it. When I called SF Pauli and talked to him, he had them come over and do it right away even though they were so swamped with other roofs and other jobs. I’m using them now. They are so backed up because we have had so much storm damage in this area. They are so backed up that I gave them a deposit here a couple of days ago, I don’t even remember one-day, things have really been rough just a lot going on."
