"Ted, the owner came out personally to give me a quote on the job. He also had to call an electrician in, as my house only had a 100 amp fuse box. He was VERY accommodating and friendly. I found that all of his workers were courteous and used shoe covers and good manners while at my house. They were done with a VERY LARGE job in a short amount of time. Ted had to cut a NEW hole in the ceiling to get the new unit in the attic. While this was being done part of the sheet rock was torn. Ted came back HIMSELF to fix the sheetrock and make sure that everything was PERFECT. He also saw that I had a hole on my wall where the floor installers had nicked it and he fixed THAT, too while he was there! I can't say enough about the service and just the big heart that this man has for his customers."

"A close friend recommended that I call Scenic Air Solutions when I started having trouble with my 19 year old heat pump.  Soon after I called their office, Jerry McDowell came out and added some Freon to the system.  While he was here I asked about the cost of replacing the unit due to age and the Freon leak.  He explained the different units his company could install, and after I told him what I wanted, he scheduled the installation.  About a week after Mr. McDowell was at the house, he called and set up the install the same afternoon.  <br /> <br /> Several men from the company came out and had the job done in several hours.  Daniel Thurman came out later to finish up and make sure everything was working properly. The men from Scenic Air were all very courteous and professional.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs repair or replacement of their AC/Heat unit.  They did what they said they would do at the price that was quoted to me.  I'm very pleased with the unit they installed. I noticed that their category is listed as Gas Logs.  I think HVAC would be a better descriptive category."
