He contacted me right away to arrange a time for an estimate, I received the estimate within hours and he was able to start work immediately. He was timely every day and kept me informed during the process. He took 6 days to complete the work and it was done in 6 consecutive days, so he got in and did the work and got out, no drawn out process. I had special requirements to for him to work with, keeping all my pets locked in a room which was near the area where the floors were being refinished. He was very respectful of my animal situation and no animals or people ( I have one cat that hates strangers) were harmed in the finishing of this job :) - I was so appreciative of his care with regards to my pets. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Josh replaced a light fixture with a new light fixture and ceiling fan combo. He also replace my garage door opener. He did both efficiently and left everything tidy when he was done. He even did a little extra in the garage because the opener was headed downhill. So he leveled that out, completed the installation, and programmed the keypad and all openers. He was respectful and courteous, and I am very happy with both the jobs he did, and his upstanding demeanor. Thanks Josh!!!"
