"A&M Roofing replaced my roof and skylights. They did a good job installing the roof and they were very cooperative. They displayed good attitude and were easy to work with. The new skylights have some marks on them that were probably caused by their work and I think they can be removed. I asked them to clean the skylights and they came over and cleaned the skylights and did a pretty good job. They didn't use bucket of water to clean, they used Windex spray. I realize they're roofers, not window washers, so it would be best to hire a professional window washer. However, since they install skylights I feel they should be able to improvise on window washing. I would grade them A for roof."

"I checked lots of reviews from various companies before choosing Roofer911. Steve came out and provided an estimate for a new Roof, Gutters, and Fascia boards spanning the front and rear of the home. I wanted the Fascia boards completely replaced with pvc composite. Unlike other contractors, Roofer911 didn't need or want a large deposit. Steve said that I would write him a check when I was completely satisfied with the installation. His estimate was very competitive, and I had others that were thousands higher. Young, the scheduler, was great to work with and extremely professional and responsive. The roofing team was meticulous in checking and replacing all damaged roof boards, very impressive. They even painted my ugly flu a nice black to go with the Pewter Grey roof. I did have a couple of questions when the gutter team was on-site and I contacted Steve. Steve answered right away and resolved the issue with the team leader immediately. Steve was on-site for the start of the project and always available by phone. The roof and gutters look great!"

"Our experience has been the best possible. My wife and I could not recommend them more highly. We were originally referred by a housing contractor who did major revisions to our house in 2008. He has worked with Affordable for many years. We used Affordable originally for some relatively minor roof repairs and were very satisfied. They made no attempt to upsell us to additional work or full roof replacement, and their costs were very reasonable. So when our chimney was hit by lightning last year, also damaging our roof, we naturally called them first. They offered us the option of just repairing the roof or replacing it. "The initial contact back took a little longer than expected, but Lewis was quite friendly. The son was no less friendly, and had a great sense of humor. They evaluated my roof and noted that it needed a full replacement, I didn't disagree; however, because of on going renovations, I couldn't afford a completely new roof. I asked for something that would last me 2-3 years, and they didn't hesitate or try to pressure into an upsell. I'll be going back to them when I need that roof replacement."

"It went well. A full crew of roofers came out and were able to both remove the previous roof shingles and install the new ones all on the same day. Then Carlos with an assistant or two followed up the roofers and replaced the entire gutter system, as well as providing screens for the gutters. All the work was performed in a timely manner, and all the debris from the roof and gutter replacement was gathered and removed. The new roof and gutters look great! We will continue to call on Metro Home Improvement services for our home maintenance and improvement needs."

"Paul Henry came out to do the estimate and walked me through the whole process.  This was not a pressure sale and he spent a couple of hours going over everything in detail.  He explained that he used his own employees for the job.   He measured each and every window. <br /> The scheduler keep us informed of the scheduled date and if there would be any changes due to the weather. <br /> The install crew showed up at 7AM on the first day.  They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to accomplish that day.  Every member of the crew as a professional, they were polite, and respected our house.  They had one person that was always cleaning up after the window was installed.   Everyday, they left the job site clean and discussed what time that would be here the next day.    <br /> On the last day, they went over everything they had accomplished and demonstrated the use of the windows. <br />  This is the first contractor that I would have no hesitation on doing a job.  They were priced fairly and they did a fantastic job.  Since it was snowing, they offered up once the snow had gone to come back out to pick up any debris that was left. <br />"
