"VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I don't normally write reviews, but the service we were provided through this company with Wyatt was so exceptional that I am writing this one. The receptionist was courteous, quick to understand our needs and to send someone out (Wyatt B) to work them. We were given a time-frame for his arrival, his name, and a text message with photo id 10 minutes before his arrival. He was on time, did a thorough inspection of our areas of concern, was curteous, professional, knowledgeable, and suggested several courses of action. There was no pressure to choose a particular course of action, just knowledgeable input, and questions and responses were given serious consideration. With the help of his apprentice, Milton, Wyatt was able to remove our old water heater (with great care and no damage at all to our stairs or walls), obtain and install our new one, all in one day. He carefully explained how to operate the new one, and what we need to do to maintain it. The faucets were inspected and fixed (bathroom) and our new kitchen faucet installed. All this in one day! They were careful to clean up what little mess the job made. We called with a question 4 days after the job was completed, and got a very quick response. Cannot say enough about the integrity, quality, and honesty of this worker and I think I can rightly say from his remarks, this company. Highly recommend and we will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs. The price was in normal limits."

"Great! We phoned, spoke to the owner, who scheduled service for the very next day (actually it could have been same-day but that didn't work with our schedule). Adam arrived within the scheduled time window, toured our projects, and set right to work. Besides doing the fixes quickly and efficiently, he shared his extensive expertise, explaining what was needed and why, the type and quality of the items he was installing, differences in techniques, and advice on a couple of other issues we had noticed (for example how replacing a couple of aerators equalized the flow between two bathroom lavatory taps. Total cost was about $750 which we thought reasonable. We would definitely call PipeDoctor again for future plumbing needs."

"Leti & Ernesto are the reasons why JP Plumbing Solutions LLC VA is awesome. This is our second service done with them. Our 20 year old water heater was broken and leaking badly. I called at 5 PM to schedule to an appointment with someone at JP Solutions. The lady mentioned someone needs to come to my house to give an exact estimate. Within 15 mins Leti and Ernesto called me back and was able to give me a fair price over the phone and assured me they will be able to install new heater next morning at 11 AM. "When I called the office to get some information about the cost of the work, the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work! I even asked for a second opinion on the another toilet that I was told needed to be rebuilt and Roscoe didn't try to upsell or pressure me to get additional unnecessary work done. Thus saving me more money. I will definitely work with Woodbridge Plumbing in the future for their honest, professional, efficient work."

He snaked the drain and got it flowing freely. Since the toilet ring needed replacing I asked if he could install a new toilet as well and he had one on his truck. He knows his business. He installed the new toilet. It looks great! He cleaned and sanitized the areas he worked in. The charges were very, very reasonable. Jonathan is very professional and personable.
