"Let's start out by asking:  Would I recommend Ouellette or use them again, ABSOLUTELY!!
(Our upstairs A/C unit stopped working and from a previous HVAC company we received an extremely high quote.  We knew we were on borrowed time for our downstairs unit too). 
We were give the name and number to Ouellette HVAC by good friends of ours.  I was unsure if they would come two counties up to where we live, but they were able to fit us in.  Which worked out to be a bonus for us.  :)   The receptionist who answered the phone was polite and when she said she would return our call...she actually did !!  No tracking anyone down, or waiting for them to call back.  
Devon came out to inspect our A/C unit which was not working.  He was on time, very polite and extremely thorough.  He worked up the numbers and explained in detail what needed to be done with the upstairs unit and why were were having airflow issues upstairs.  (I don't think we've ever felt the air in the master bedroom since we bought the house 4 years ago).  Anyway, the upstairs furnace had to be turned so the new coil (A/C) unit would properly fit.  
Since we knew we were on borrowed time with the downstairs unit we opted to get a quote for both.  After looking at the the unit, we knew found out we needed new furnace too.  In any event, the price, for all three things came in just over what the previously company gave us for one A/C unit upstairs!  And that would not have included fixing/adjusting the venting issues for the lack of airflow.  
One of the things I particularly liked was that I did not feel like I was being talked down to because I was a woman.  I felt that I was spoken to as anyone homeowner should be spoken to, male or female.  
Devon came out for the installation with two others and within two days everything was up and running.  I can honestly say we can actually feel the airflow in the master bedroom (we thought we could not because the room was over the garage...come to find out it was just airflow issues!!)  
Would I recommend Ouellette or use them again, in a heartbeat and without any hesitation!

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

Below is a summary of why I would highly recommend (and use again) JP Plumbing Solutions: **I called late afternoon, they accommodated my schedule with an appointment first thing in the morning. ** They gave me a two-hour appointment window, with a courtesy call ~30 mins prior to arrival, giving a more accurate arrival time and ability to continue my day without too much disruption. ** The technician was very professional, appearance, work truck, uniform, use of shoe covers when entering house. ** The Technician promptly introduced himself and his company, summarized his understanding of the reason for my call and gave me a general idea of how he was going to diagnose the problem. ** Upon examination of (leaking) pipe structure, another potential area of corrosion was identified by the technician, however to my surprise he informs me upon closer examination, that the suspected secondary issue was in fact not something I needed to replace. HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY. I am sure many readers of this review can relate to a pasty experience from a car repairman or other general repair services, which always tends to find other issues requiring immediate attention outside of the initial problem, without fully knowing if you are being taken advantage of. ** The technician was patient and willing to show me what he was doing and how his tools worked (more from my general curiosity), never at any point felt like he was talking down to me or was annoyed with my barrage of questions as he thoroughly explained the problem and manner in which it was repaired. ** The repair was completed very quickly, to include properly cleaning the work area, leaving it as if it were never touched. ** Total repair cost was extremely fair and probably 30-40% cheaper than those bigger commercial guys that I have used in the past. Better quality of work for less money... Cannot beat that! ** Repair came with a written 1 year warranty. While I am not expecting that I will need it (work quality looks very good), it is nice to be told upfront that if there is any unexpected trouble to just give them a call, and they will come back out and fix it. ** Probably should have mentioned this at the beginning, but the appointment started with a FREE estimate. The big commercial companies who advertise everywhere, they require $80 just to step foot in your house. Just goes to my sentiments of the general honestly I felt from dealing with my technician Ernesto and JP Plumbing Solutions. Not happy that I had plumbing issues, but I am thrilled that I have found a quality plumber that is very experienced, has a large work vehicle stocked with parts and tools necessary to do the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JP Plumbing Solutions if you are in need of plumbing help (I cannot speak for their entire staff, so ask for Ernesto and you will not be disappointed)."

"When I called the office to get some information about the cost of the work, the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work! I even asked for a second opinion on the another toilet that I was told needed to be rebuilt and Roscoe didn't try to upsell or pressure me to get additional unnecessary work done. Thus saving me more money. I will definitely work with Woodbridge Plumbing in the future for their honest, professional, efficient work."
