"VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I don't normally write reviews, but the service we were provided through this company with Wyatt was so exceptional that I am writing this one. The receptionist was courteous, quick to understand our needs and to send someone out (Wyatt B) to work them. We were given a time-frame for his arrival, his name, and a text message with photo id 10 minutes before his arrival. He was on time, did a thorough inspection of our areas of concern, was curteous, professional, knowledgeable, and suggested several courses of action. There was no pressure to choose a particular course of action, just knowledgeable input, and questions and responses were given serious consideration. With the help of his apprentice, Milton, Wyatt was able to remove our old water heater (with great care and no damage at all to our stairs or walls), obtain and install our new one, all in one day. He carefully explained how to operate the new one, and what we need to do to maintain it. The faucets were inspected and fixed (bathroom) and our new kitchen faucet installed. All this in one day! They were careful to clean up what little mess the job made. We called with a question 4 days after the job was completed, and got a very quick response. Cannot say enough about the integrity, quality, and honesty of this worker and I think I can rightly say from his remarks, this company. Highly recommend and we will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs. The price was in normal limits."

"Jacob arrived promptly. We live in an older home and have a cast iron pipe that runs to the main drain area in the court. We had similar situation 12/2019. Industrial snake used and what was pulled out was heavy utility towels that we determined had been stupidly flushed down by contractors that had done work in the home. It was suggested at that time to send a camera down to be sure no other issue, but we thought we were okay after seeing the utility towles removed, water was running freely through the drain in the basement. Well, part II, we're here again 8/2020. This time clog closest to basement drain freed up quickly. Jacob suggested most efficient way is to perform a jet wash blowing any remaining debris further out from the house out of the pipe into the main drain area in the court and sending camera down to see what's up. We agreed. Camera pictures revealed scale throughout cast iron pipe with largest amount of buildup further away from the property just as pipe neared main drain area in the court. Descaling will be completed tomorrow. Could have been worse. Thankfully no tree roots or pipe fracture. The Pipe Doctor's jet wash price best compared to other plumbing companies neaby and overall cost is competitive. Although we have the descaling yet to be performed, I have no doubt based on previous performance and today's performance/outcome there will be no need for me to alter this evaluation. Quick response, competitive pricing, great customer service. I would highly recommend."

Jeffrey arrived as promised, upon inspection for a leak under kitchen sink, Jeff knew immediately it was a cracked disposal and needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price, picked up the new disposal and installed it within an hour or so. Tested it, explained everything clearly. Very pleased with the service."

"When I called the office to get some information about the cost of the work, the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work!
