I am very pleased with the work, professionalism, etc. The only reason I gave the price a B is because it just seems wrong to be happy about costs.. ;>) They also made several adjustments and cleaned some areas of both units that had obviously been neglected, even though I was on a maintenance program with another provider before this. I have dealt with Air Essentials before for duct cleaning and decided at that time they would get my business for the rest of my needs once my other contract expired. I wish my other contract had expired sooner, because these guys know their business. Travis came out, did the tune up service, then the next day came to repair the flashing. Everything looks great."

"My air conditioning stopped working in the middle of our heat wave. After researching Angie's list, I picked the Durham Service Company. I called and my call was answered by a real person. The quickest they could have one of their technicians out to my house was the next morning at 7:30. I thought this was pretty quick considering it was already 10 in the morning when I called. Much to my surprise, at approximately 5 pm the technician shows up at my house. he explained that he would not have wanted to spend the night without ac so he worked me in. The man actually came to my house after his work day was done. He was on his way home. He quickly diagnosed my systems problem, made the repair, (he had the part on hand), finished the paper work and was gone. He was very professional, new his stuff, and I'm a new customer!"
