"Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. "David Francis showed up on time in his bright Cobalt blue truck, pulled out his telescoping ladder and walked about the roof. He inspected the roof all over, caulked a few spots, and flattened a vent boot corner that had curled up in a recent storm.  He came inside to look at the water stain, and explained that it was probably from a torrent of water going down the roof valley a couple of feet away with some small amount driven under the shingles by the wind. (This makes sense to me because the stain appeared after a harsh storm with unusual easterly winds on Oct 10-11, while no further water damage appeared after major storms the following week with westerly winds.)
He was happy to explain what he was looking for in terms of roof condition and construction methods, and what makes for a good roofing job. He would have recommended painters to deal with the water stain had I asked him.
I was happy with his prompt response in scheduling the inspection, and his punctuality and professionalism.  I didn't rate the price because it was an Angie's List Big Deal, nor the quality because the repairs were so minor. It was well worth the $49 for peace of mind.

From start to finish the whole renovation prices with Pro Building Solutions was great. Communication was always on point, and no work was performed without our permission as the homeowners. Sam of Pro Building Solutions provided a great consultation during which he laid out all the work they were able to do for us, offered his opinion for both ideal and budget-friendly design solutions, and gave an accurate estimated timeline for the start and duration of the work. Sam quoted a price based on everything discussed in the consultation and was very flexible in letting us decide what work to have them perform and what we could do ourselves to save money. Sam's willingness to let us perform some of the work we were capable of in order to keep costs down was especially noteworthy.

Once the renovation began Sam's team was exceedingly accommodating of our changing design preferences. The work performed was of the highest quality. Special attention was paid to keeping the rest of our home clean during the renovation. James (who performed the tile work while Sam was on his honeymoon) cut all of the tile on our front porch and made sure to clean his work space down with a hose every night. James was also forthcoming about his timeline for completing the work and made sure to consult with us every step of the way. He installed all the plumbing for the new shower and was even able to reroute it when we decided to install can lights in the shower.

At the end of the job Sam provided an invoice detailing all of the work performed, and specifying what differed from the original quote. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of work and flexibility. Overall, my experience with Pro Building Solutions was extremely positive. I was confident through the whole process that the end result would reflect what my wife and I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to hire them again myself."

"I,E.L.Sivels Capital Llc, stand firm, project move at a steady pace, but there was a few items that I was concerned about, the offset in the front of the roof pitch, wind prone shingles dangling at the corners, nails that was use as support was nail to the top layer of the shingles, expose wood that is subject to weather that should have been felt or flash. I have made several attempts in good faith reaching out, to get the problem solved.In all fairness he does call and response verbally to my concerns, but the conversation never leads to resolving the said problems that I am concern with."
