"We had an old deck on the back of our house that needed to be removed…the problem was it was almost 25’ off the ground. Several contractors looked at it and said it was too tall for them to manage. We found Daniel and Jordan Construction though the Angi app. Daniel was very responsive, prompt, capable, and reasonably priced. He and his crew took the deck down in half a day and made it look easy! We hope to do more projects with them in the future!"

Do not adjust for small outlets or minor cutouts; only subtract the space occupied by large windows or significant obstructions. Finally, add 10% extra to account for waste, ensuring you order the precise quantity required.
