I chose to work in this industry because I was always interested in electrical, and was offered to enroll in an apprenticeship program with my first electric company in Nashville, TN. It was mostly a commercial company. There I gained lots of valuable knowledge. After graduating from the 4 year trade school I became a foreman. Then moved back to Dallas TX to work for a residential service company. I also enjoyed this aspect of electrical. There is more troubleshooting involved. The owner of this company taught me a lot and we still keep in touch. Then I moved to North Carolina to pursue my own business. I can do most commercial and residential projects. "Matt was very responsive via telephone.  I called a week or so ahead of time, to time it so I could be home during a day off from work.  I was trying to get the first appointment of the day, but missed it.
