"I recommend Allshire highly and without reservation. Russ, John, and all their crews were professional and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

They are professional, punctual, friendly, affordable, and excellent at what they do. They give you lots of options, are upfront and honest about cost and benefit, and really care about getting it right. Some harm to the lawn is inevitable, but they kept it to a bare minimum. Our backyard is now totally transformed and ready for entertaining"

"Did a spectacular job. My neighbor has trees that they never take care of, have already had some of their huge branches falling on my house and have been scared of it happening again. I've lived here 24 years and they do NOTHING....they don't even clean up their leaves, city does not help, they blow in my yard, I clean them up. The problem was.....very narrow entryways, wasn't sure how they'd get back there, didn't want huge machinery trying to get into my backyard and perhaps breaking my cement or tearing up my yard. They climbed up 3 huge Maple/Cottonwood trees and cut back branches on my side of the fence (the only legal option). Tom said he could do it....he did it. Not only that, but he cleaned my gutters (because of these same neighbor trees) FOR FREE and blew all the remaining leaves. Nice guy and I trusted him. I am SO relieved. Showed up on time, did everything he said he would do. What more can you ask? Plus he said he'd do some landscaping I need done in the spring. I can tell when someone knows what they are doing, he does."

"Troy and his team were so wonderful throughout this entire process! Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "I was impressed with this company from The first time they came out to quote the job because I was immediately handed a folder that contained their license and proof of insurance. I accepted the bid and, while we got off to a few false starts, the work was completed in April 2025. The crew that came out was professional, efficient, and very respectful of my property. The chimney and tuck point repair work that they completed was professionally done and you could tell that they took great pride in Their work from the pictures that they showed me of the completed job. "They repaired my basement leak, but left me with another nightmare, when they completed the project, they left me with another nightmare outside problem. My backyard is completely flooded and has flowed into my neighbor's yard. When the job was completed I asked about the continuous water flow and was told give it a few days and you'll be okay. Well I gave it a week and my backyard is submerged under water, I can't go outside to use it, can't cut grass cause it's so soggy. I called for two weeks with no response, only the operator telling me that I was on high priority? Finally I get a call from Bruce and he asked if I could take pictures of my problem, I did and he called back shortly and said that's it was my problem and that they only do basement repairs, and that I need someone to come out and fix that, but I told him I didn't have that problem before he fixed my basement. And that they don't access outside of the home, and couldn't gage what would happen after the repair. He then said from the pictures I probably had hard soil and that might be my problem for the water staying up top, hard to believe for me but that was his answer, wasn't their issue, end of conversation. Well they repaired my basement and transferred it to my backyard, thanks Foundation System of Michigan!"
