"I needed a new roof for my 2000 sq ft house. I reached out to Joe @ NML and he really delivered. He came with a crew of 8. It was just supposed to be new shingles but we found mold on the majority of the plywood on the roof. Joe and his crew were able to replace over 50 sheets of plywood and re-shingle the roof in addition to the new flashing I needed around my chimney all in 1 day. His crew was very detailed oriented and EVERYTHING was cleaned up immaculately. I had a pool in the backyard very close to the house and there was no issue with any debris left over. Joe kept me informed on everything thag was going on and it couldn't have been a better experience. I would recommend NML to anyone who needs work done - either a small roof project or a large one like mine."

"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. They also fixed a couple of joist/rafters to solidify the roof frame, and then they installed new plywood decking along with an insulated layer prior to finishing with a new rubber surface. "Armao Brothers did a great job on our roof repair. We had a leak coming into the house. They responded the same evening within an hour of our Angi's List posting. They sent out people the next morning! The team they sent out photographed for us obvious holes and repairs that needed to be made around vent penetrations and near our ridge vent. We agreed on a price and they made the repairs that same day. Unfortunately for all of us, the leak was much more insidious. Armao had to return to our house three times making more repairs. The return visits were no charge. On the third return visit a team of two people repeatedly went in and out of our attics and up on the roof, found the crafty leak, and made repairs; this took them much of the day. Each time we had to re-contact Armao, they immediately came out to do more work. "Work included some roof rafter repair that was completed in the same 1 day as complete roof shingle replacement on three different roof levels. Crew assigned was very efficient. Damage prevention from shingle removal was very strong. Home is surrounded on three sides with shrubs and flowers against the foundation and very little impact seen. Great nail pickup, very few found in days since completion. Roof was placed in conformance with Owens Corning standards. Very easy contact with the company via email."
