They had not budgeted enough time to do that. On the positive side, they were willing to do it. This meant that they had to stay a little longer, which they did. Overall, it seemed very clean and the people were very happy. I thought their price was a little too much. The quality of their work was very good. In terms of responsiveness, I called them and they got around and got it done quickly. I have used a lot of different house cleaning services for this very problem and every time I have changed because of the billing amount, I was looking for something little better.
