"We found NY Landscape Lighting through Angie’s List. We had 2 other proposals for up-lighting our 200’ winding driveway. We prefer to use local businesses whenever possible and Chris’ company had excellent reviews. Chris replied promptly and gave us a clear, well documented proposal. All materials were top quality and after my many questions, it was clear Chris knew this business quite well. Pricing was competitive -not the least or most expensive. The proposal was for a 300W transformer remote smart phone app control for up-lighting 10 driveway trees and converting our driveway entry 120v post lights to low voltage LEDs. His crew of 3 were extremely polite, left everything so clean - didn't look like anything was disrupted. They were very thorough in all aspects… job was completed in 1 day and next day Chris came by to get the wifi interface working with our smartphone. I will definitely use him again – we plan more work in the fall."

He found and replaced a bad switch for our pond pump and repaired/replaced all lights and switches where we were having problems. He is a professional and it was nice working with someone that treats you in a fair and honest manner. Will definitely repeat for other projects."

He stayed within his estimate, even though a couple of these repairs needed a little extra time.
The only issue I have is that I had thought he would be working for us on Monday, December 12/14 and Tuesday, 12/15.  in the end, he ended up working for us on December 14 and the 17.  He mentioned this change for the second day after he concluded what he could accomplish on December 14.  Since I live out of town, this was a bit of an inconvenience.  But in the end, it was worth it.
I would recommend this guy to anyone...in fact, I wish I could keep this guy a secret because he's so good and I want to be able to easily schedule our next repairs promptly.
He will next be replacing the sink fixtures in the Kitchen and the hall bathroom.  I'm sure it will go as smoothly and efficiently as this last job went.

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall.
