When it finally came, it was clearly doctored?showing work that wasn't completed and pricing that didn?t match what I was told. I had to call them five times to speak with her, who was unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to do her job. The invoice listed charges for installation and chimney caps, which were supposed to be free according to the technicians.
