"The job was completed in the timeframe stated by City Wide. <br /> The new water heater appears to be operating at a higher efficiency than the old one. <br /> I was not pleased that I needed to finish cleaning up the rusty dust left on the cement floor. <br /> I was not home when the contrator replaced the water heater.  My wife and kids were. <br /> When I got home to inspect the work, I was taken aback by the 6' x 10' area of rusty damp cement floor that surrounded the new water heater and my wet towels that were on the floor. <br /> Upon removal of the old water heater a lot of rusty  water was spilled/leaked onto the cement floor.  This happens, I understand that.  However, the contractor needed to use some of our old towels to mop up the water.  I used a fan and dehumidifier to help dry the floor.  After it was dry I needed to wash the floor several times to remove the rusty dust that the water left behind.  I was not happy. <br /> Other than that...good work. <br />"
