I originally had them come over to do a general clean of my HVAC system and dryer vents, but it expanded to a mold clean and removal of some duct board inside the unit and they took care of it quickly and had my house under negative air pressure to prevent spores from getting out of control and landing on everything. My wife and I and our newborn really do appreciate the attention to detail and the fact they caught the mold that had inundated our system and they provided pictures and and easy to monitor system to see their work progress. "I was very impressed with Grady when he first came out to give us an estimate because he is one of the very few HVAC contractors in central Alabama who is educated and willing to work on a central dehumidification and air exchange unit saying that he had worked on these in the past as well as being knowledegable on the benefits of spray foam insulation and proper humidity levels in the home. He cheerfully took home the literature to research on our particular make and model so that he could give an accurate estimate which came in lower than another contractor from Angie's List. I had to make many phone calls (even from Angie's List) before I found someone capable and willing to do this work, and it was well worth the time because he and his workers did a wonderful job and were quite friendly and professional as well. This company also came back out when we had an issue with our unit and didn't charge us for this. My only regret is that we didn't have Grady's company install our whole HVAC system for our new home construction because I believe that they would have done a better job and in a more timely fashion than the company that we went with. I like their maintenance plan and we will use this company for this because they were great to work with. <br />"
