He is professional, personable, reasonable and has a great work ethic. He inspected the interior and touched up several areas that needed work, including an area that had recently had drywall work done. He also re-stained our back fence, which was exceptionally dry. When Chris paints a surface in the home, he ensures that the area is in good repair, removes hardware before painting and re-installs it afterwards, and does as many coats of primer and paint as necessary for good coverage and durability.
