They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. "In short ok. After requesting the quote, Montel came out pretty quickly to assess the work to be done. After I accepted their quote in the system, I di not hear back from them until a week later. Chalk it up to electronic system or human error. It happens. They removed most of the branches requested. I did want debris clean-up on the side but that will be another time. I would advise they start to take pictures of what customers request. It will keep all parties on the same page. Overall good guys doing a days work."
