Jimmy Rodriguez, the owner of Tree Surgeon Atlanta came out and assessed the situation and told me what his company would do including tree removal, stump grinding and clean up and haul off any and all debris. "This was complicated tree service involving 3 large water oaks, landscaping with masonry and very little space for the takedowns. The team of 5 Doug Solorzano sent to do the job was expert and hard-working. The tree climbers and rope handlers on the ground planned and then brought major limbs down with precision. "The crew was on time, started work immediately and completed the job in about 6 hours… cut/remove 2 large plus 6 medium trees, grind all stumps, cut/remove all undergrowth, spread wood chips evenly throughout. Price was significantly lower than other bids I received. Whole process from initial bid request to project completion was 5 days. Quality of service and work were both excellent. "They have been fantastic in every way.  I spoke with Bill and arranged to meet with Jim at the property to look around.  Jim and I met for almost an hour looking around and talking about what I wanted done.  Jim had plenty of thoughts and observations and was able to identify native, invasive and intended species of trees and shrubs.
We worked out a phased plan for the cleanup over several months.  The cleanup is nearly complete and we are going to work towards a regular maintenance plan.
