They didn't show up at the correct time, or even correct day, didn't call to let us know they were coming back, woke up the kids during nap time. Called the office to get someone to come out and actually fix the problem, and they said someone would come out to fix it tomorrow, and would call to let us know they were coming. 2 days later, I haven't even received a call. We will see if I can get a refund, but I would stay away."
