"Donelson Air secretly put a 47k lien on our home for the premier package. HAVAC and tankless water heater. We only found out when applying for a l9an for an addition. If that lien is paid off before 10 years, Service ends. They over price HVAC and whole house on demand water heater by almost 30k and when asked, the representative flatly said yes when she if she recognized this as fraud. STOP DONELSON AIR"
