"I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews because I know how crucial they are for small business, however I just cannot let my experience with this company go unnoted I chose to support and hire a local, reputable company and I’m honestly appalled by not only the service we received, but by the actions of the owner and regional director. We were quoted an hourly rate, but was never given an estimate or bill for the services after the tech left. I came home to a green, algae filled hot tub, dirt & debris still in the pool, not a single phone call from the maintenance tech, assistant or director communicating anything was wrong or that he would need additional time. It looks as if the technician got the big leaves out, stirred the dirt up, & took pics before it settled. By the time my husband and I called he had supposedly been gone for two hours & they had already seen the pictures from the tech, thought the pool was cleaned. I sent in my own photos by email and Ashley informed us he used his own hand tool, even though he was advised not to because it doesn’t clean as well. She also stated she was embarrassed and sorry he didn’t know how to operate the pump (even though our equipment is labeled and there’s a diagram on our fence) and didn’t have enough time to finish bc he was only allotted an hour (He also had my husbands phone number to call if he had any questions bc he did text when he was on the way) Shannon says he DID know how to operate the equipment but he wasn’t allotted enough time & was for certain a second cleaning would clear it up to our satisfaction. Really confused on if this was just a poor cleaning job or if he didn’t know how to operate our pool equipment. Either way, now I feel their being dishonest so im not comfortable with them touching anything else. Without informing us of our total or sending us a bill, they charged our card for $450, but did not send a receipt. We saw it on our bank statement. After requesting to speaking to the owner about my experience instead of leaving a review, his assistant Cindy informed me “Eric said doesn’t deal with these types of issues, and I needed to call Shannon” They may be fine to buy supplies from, but I advise anyone reading this to use anyone besides this company for pool maintenance and cleanings!!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Tullahoma, TN

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
