"Went really well. Scott and his guys did a excellent job on my fence and I couldn’t have asked for a better job or company."

"We knew we had a couple of leaks in our lawn sprinkler system, so we purchased a Tune-up with Hendco. Tune-up was scheduled for 2pm on a Thursday, he showed up at 3pm. He identified exactly where the leaks were and said he could fix them. We setup the appointment for repairs for the following day, Friday at 10am. Sometime after noon, he called and said he wouldn't be able to make it and asked to reschedule for the next Tuesday at 10am. He and his technician showed up at 2:30pm. While Steve was a nice enough guy, he has a real problem with time management. Price was within reason, but I won't use him again and can't recommend him either."

He did a good job handling the issues that inevitably arise with projects like this, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, even though I was out of town during most of his work. He was professional, easy to get along with, and extremely respectful of our house. He even refused to park in our driveway out of fear that his truck might leave an oil stain, which meant he had to cart heavy materials and tools from the worksite all the way to the street where he parked.
